Hooky Players

Hooky Players is a friendly amateur drama group based in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire. They’ve been putting on all sorts of plays, pantos, and revues for over 20 years—and still going strong!

But it’s not all about the stage. They also get together for fun social stuff like theatre trips and catching shows by other local drama groups.

Most of their performances take place at the Memorial Hall, and they usually rehearse in the Baptist Hall. After an unexpected break between 2020 and 2022 (thanks, pandemic), they made a brilliant comeback in summer 2023—and they’ve been buzzing ever since.
