Garden Club

Hook Norton Garden Club

The Garden Club has approximately 120 members of which 40 or so regularly attend our Wednesday evening meetings. We generally have six meetings in the year held in the War Memorial Hall with evening visits to reasonably local gardens, in June and July each year. We try to arrange one day visit during the summer to a more nationally recognised property or gardens. In 2018 our day visit will be to RHS Hyde Hall

The key events of the year are our two Shows held in the School in April and normally at St Peter’s Church in September. For 2018 shows will be held at the Hook Norton School in the Spring and at St Peter’s Church in September.

Our meetings have a guest Speaker and there are additionally opportunities to exchange seeds and plants and ideas.

Annual Membership is extremely good value for money at £14 per family, £7 per head and Individual Children’s membership £1.

Guests are always welcome at the meetings at a cost of £3 per head.

Teas / coffee and biscuits are provided free at our indoor meetings.
