Fran is an experienced yoga & pilates teacher, fully registered and insured with REPs & Yoga Alliance (Senior Yoga Teacher). Both disciplines offer the opportunity to improve physical & mental wellbeing through breath awareness, low impact physical movement and many other tried and tested techniques, such as meditation.
