Fran is an experienced yoga & pilates teacher, fully registered and insured with REPs & Yoga Alliance (Senior Yoga Teacher). Both disciplines offer the opportunity to improve physical & mental wellbeing through breath awareness, low impact physical movement and many other tried and tested techniques, such as meditation. Student feedback includes reports of an enhanced sense of purpose, generally feeling better, the lessening or cessation of aches and pains, improved function and performance, increased flexibility, rapid recovery from injury or illness, fewer coughs & colds and stress relief. Friendly weekly classes are currently held in Hook Norton.
